23 September 2005

Hello again,

Welcome to the new subscribers who have joined us since the last newsletter. If you would like a copy of the earlier newsletters from this site please send me a message via the Webmaster link under Useful Stuff on the website, and I'll forward you copies.

What's New?
A chance find of a theatre programme from the 1989 production of John Cooper's The Pleasure Principle, in which Marcus starred with Deborah Shipley, Diane Hart, Claire King (later Kim Tate of Emmerdale), and Joseph Peters, and which was performed at the New End Theatre in Hampstead, London. I have added images of the programme cover, a flyer for the production, and four photographs of Marcus from the programme - three are screenshots and the fourth is a publicity shot.

There is also some info about Marcus himself, which I have added to the Bio section, and two more previously unrecorded TV credits in the TV Appearances section.

Another Marcus fansite
Hard on the heels of this site comes another unofficial fansite for Marcus. This is the work of Angie O. and can be found at http://www.marcusgilbert.co.uk Angie has some super photos of our favourite actor.
