Hello again,

What's New?
I've added some more info to the Unofficial Marcus Gilbert Fansite today. There are six items from the BBC production, The Pyrates. Originally broadcast on 28 December 1986 at 4pm this has never, so far as I can tell, been repeated. It is not available on video or DVD either sadly. Thanks to the kindness of Jon Glentoran, who appeared in The Pyrates along with Marcus, I have been able to add copies of three photos from backstage which Jon took. Jon also kindly sent me a copy of the Radio Times listing and preview from his own scrapbook. Marcus played Captain Ben Avery, a handsome dashing naval officer.

Links
I have added a link to Jon Glentoran's website Wayouteast so you can see the original page where I found The Pyrates info. Jon is a lovely man who has been so helpful with sharing his pictures and clippings. He also mentioned that Marcus was "exceptionally nice" work with.

More Info
I am still hunting for more information about Marcus' appearances, especially looking for screenies and photos to add to the fansite. If you have any you are willing to share please let me know.

Thanks for reading this newsletter. If you would like me to include anything in the next issue please let me know.
